DollarLink Upgrade -- BMI version (B5.9J)

After you click here to download UPGRADE.EXE. a box will appear and you will be asked to enter a username and a password. Enter your last name (all lower case letters) as the username and your download password as the password. To obtain your download password call (415-641-0721) or email DollarLink Software and request it. All currently active customers are eligible to receive download passwords.

(Active customers include all renters, all those on a six-month lease, all purchasers within the last 12 months, or purchasers who have paid the $300 support fee within the last 12 months. Contact us if you wish to check or change your status.)

To do the upgrade installation, do the following operation after you download the file UPGRADE.EXE:

1. Create a temporary directory on your hard disk:

MD \TMP [ENTER]

2. Copy the downloaded file UPGRADE.EXE to that directory.

3. Switch to that directory:

CD \TMP [ENTER]

4. Execute UPGRADE:

UPGRADE [ENTER]

5. Insert a blank diskette into drive a (or b) and enter the following:

LHA E UPDATE A: [ENTER] (if using drive a)

or

LHA E UPDATE B: [ENTER] (if using drive b)

This creates a diskette with the files as if you received it in the mail from us.

Then, to install the DollarLink files from that diskette:

A:UPGRADE [enter] (if using drive a:)

or

B:UPGRADEB [enter] (if using drive b:)
