Enhancements Added

$UTIL and $TRAN on BMI Feed

In the last few months, the quotes for the $UTIL and $TRAN indices have been displayed incorrectly with DollarLink. This was due to a DBC/BMI change in the way they send out index data over the data network.

We have modified the internal logic in DollarLink to deal with this index quotes sequence change and now both the $UTIL and $TRAN indices are being displayed correctly.
